All of ACI's products are covered by the following limited warranty:
The Seller(ACI - Arise Computer,Inc.) warrants product(s) to be in good working condition and free from defects in materials and workmanship. This limited warranty covers parts and complete systems purchased at ACI for a period of 12 months respectively from the original invoice date unless otherwise stated. The definition of "complete system(s)" will remain at the discretion of ACI. Seller's liability shall be limited to repairing or replacing at Seller's option, any defective product that is returned by the Buyer, freight prepaid and insured. Buyer should also adopt the proper procedure when returning products. Please refer to Merchandise Return Procedure. Buyer shall bear all responsibility for shipping charges and risk of loss or damage during transit to Seller. Products which have been subjected to abuse, alteration, misuse, neglect or unauthorized repair or installation, as determined solely by the Seller are not covered by this warranty. All alterations, additions, improvements or attachments to the product(s), not authorized in writing by the Seller shall be deemed to be a waiver of this warranty by the Buyer and shall render this warranty null and void. Seller shall return repaired or replaced product(s) to the Buyer, at its expense, via ground service within the 48 contiguous United States. Shipping charges by all other methods and to all other destinations shall be borne by the Buyer.
THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. SELLER MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR MERCHATABILITY. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE SELLER BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES SUCH AS LOSS OF PROFITS OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, AND IN NO EVENT SHALL SELLER'S LIABILITY EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT(S).

The original manufacturer's warranty applies for all component parts which are not installed or pre-installed in ACI systems.
